Tackle Grab and The Fin Announce Two Groups of Anglers to Begin Racing Two Baits Across North America
May 20, 2013 – Tackle Grab, a leading online subscription-based fishing tackle retailer, and The Fin, a social photosharing app for fishermen, have selected 40 anglers to participate in Go Fish North America – a campaign designed to send two baits across the continent. By engaging participants from Massachusetts to Ottawa, the goal is to connect anglers throughout North America, supporting the discovery of new baits and fishing experiences.
The 40 designated anglers of Go Fish North America 2013 have been chosen geographically and split into two groups for participation, starting on the east coast and finishing in California. The Northern Group will be fishing with The Fin and the Southern Group with TG. Participants will snap a photo of the fish they catch, share on The Fin, and pass along the lure to the next designated angler via mail. The campaign has kicked off Cape Cod, Massachusetts, where Bassmaster Elite Series Pro Byron (B.J.) Haseotes is currently fishing for the first catch of Go Fish North America 2013:
